Happy Birthday to Wes!!!! and other things

Wes' birthday was last week.  We went to a dollar movie and then to dinner with our $20 gift card.  It was great!  We do not get to spend a lot of time by ourselves so what we spend really does not matter.  The girls were funny and made him their own card.  Wes made us wait till Sunday afternoon to give him his presents.  He does not make it fun for the rest of us.  Hopefully he liked what he got.

Also, Chase had a meet in Hurricane on Saturday.  It was so pickin' hot!  But he did good.  Three miles he did in 18:57.  not his best but considering the heat I thought it was still good.  He also ran varsity (he is a freshman) and came in 4th out of his team and overall he was 29th out of 56.   Parker also ran.  He did not want too but 5 minutes before he said he would.  It was a mile and a half and he ran in 10:30.  He came in third out of 30.  Not bad.  He could of come in 2nd but he accidentally cut off the other guy and felt bad so he let him go by him.  Whatever!

Afterwards, we had to book it to Parkers soccer game.  He was tired and it was hotter!
